  On 08/31/17 one my driver got his truck stuck on while making a U-turn. When the tow company arrived, the person who helped him told him that it was going to be $750, then $1000 to get him out of the dirt. Because the driver did not have that amount of cash with him, he was escorted to business so he could pay with a credit card. Once he arrived to the business, the "lady" who took his payment told him that the total was $1500. When my driver explained her that the person who helped him, which by the way is the owner, told him $1000; she exploded and screamed at him that she did not put the price, the computer does and that's the price that she was getting from their system for that kind of work. He asked her to call the owner and verify the price with him and she told him that there was no way she could contact him and if he did not want to pay the full price, she was going to tow his truck. She had horrible attitude and was very rude to the driver. I was on the phone while he was talking to her and I heard everything from the beginning until he got out of there. Driver paid the full amount because he did not want any trouble and also because she was threating him to tow him truck away. Even if $1500 is the full price, she could have had better attitude and explained the driver professionally why he was being charge that much. She was nasty and rude. "Lady" said she is the Manager, but did not give driver her name. After he left the business, I called and asked for the manager. I was refused talking to her and the woman who answered the phone, did not even want to give her the Manager's name or her name. This business need to straight up their prices and stop taking advantage of people on the road that need their services. Staff is above rude and unprofessional. The way they treated my driver and me is not acceptable. They are suppose to provide customer service and they are doing a pretty bad job. People do something against these scam artists or any business that don't treat you right. I have filled a complaint with the BBB and the NJ consumer affairs. They either change their staff or close down their business.
  Update 1:45 today. A guy by the name Tony called us and told us that what we are doing is harassment and he will call his attorney. Excuse me?? That's call freedom of speech. We are not lying, we are just complaining for bad service, you are neither a police officer or DOT. Even if he made an illegal u-turn that's none of your business. The issue here is that you cannot tell someone a price and then charged him $500; like I said if your employee were nice and explained him why those extra $500 were charged, ok, but don't scream him, threat him or be rude. That's what made me really upset. Driver had a Bluetooth headset and I heard everything clear and loud. He did not tell me "his version", I heard the entire conversation.
